Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to analyze large-scale genomics, proteomics, and biomedical data, extracting valuable insights and patterns to guide research and development efforts.

• Design and implement AI models and algorithms for predictive analytics, precision medicine, patient stratification, and adverse event detection.

• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to develop robust AI pipelines and scalable platforms for data processing, model training, and deployment.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, data science, and pharmaceutical industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tools and techniques.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain the highest standards of data privacy and security in all AI-driven initiatives.

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, research teams, and external partners.

To be the right fit, you need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant domain is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, algorithms, and techniques, with experience in applying them to biomedical and pharmaceutical data.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, along with experience in utilizing popular AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras).

• Knowledge of genomics, proteomics, clinical data, and relevant biomedical databases.

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), image analysis, or deep learning techniques applied to healthcare data is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business and scientific requirements into AI solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in drug discovery or clinical research, is desirable.
