Job Description:

As an AI Consultant at AIcruits, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients leverage AI technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, develop AI strategies, and implement AI solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to assess their business objectives and identify opportunities for AI integration.

• AI Strategy Development: Develop tailored AI strategies and roadmaps that align with client goals and industry best practices.

• Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design AI solutions, including selecting appropriate algorithms, data sources, and technology stacks.

• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform AI model development.

• AI Model Development: Lead or contribute to the development of machine learning and deep learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

• Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate AI models for performance and make improvements as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

• Client Education: Provide guidance and education to clients and internal teams on AI concepts, best practices, and potential impacts on their operations.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for AI solutions, including model architecture, data pipelines, and deployment processes.

• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning, including hands-on model development.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
